Oh well Im trying to decide whether to to the hcg diet, Ive been reading quite a bit about it and still am undecided, hopefully I will make a decision soon..
Id like to lose around 40 pounds, if I do it ill post results here.

Only on day five and ive lost 5 pounds, but thats counting 3 days of loading.
