My experience with Hcg was great

I posted a little in the intro forum but basically I was on the diet about a year ago, I did 1 cycle of hcg and lost around 25 lbs.
The weight stayed off as I finished the diet my eating habits had changed. I had a headache the first day of the low cal part but it might have been the no caffeine and my energy was down for a couple days, but after that I lost the hunger issue and my energy levels came back up.
I also just felt better. I would definitely do it again.
